A KLOOF couple were attacked by dogs on Monday afternoon, 28 March

According to Chris Botha from Netcare 911, paramedics and the rescue unit were called to a dog bite incident in Edward Drive, Kloof. “The couple was trying to separate a pitbull and a rottweiler in a fight.

“The man was severely bitten and was in a serious condition. His wife sustained several bite wounds but refused treatment,” he said.

Paramedics treated the seriously-wounded man at the scene and transported him to a local hospital under the constant care of an advanced life support paramedic.
