Check own water and power readings

I refer to the letter from Katherine regarding Metro billing.

Some time ago I had problems with my electricity bill, and the Municipal Ombudsman advised me to send e-mail readings on the first of every month.

This I have been doing, and I receive acknowledgements, but the figures are not used.

However, I continue to send in the water and power meter readings on the first of every month.

These give me a check on my usage, and will be useful in the event of future disputes with Metro Billing.
