Queensburgh community learns about crime awareness

MALVERN SAPS hosted a crime awareness day at Escombe Primary School on Saturday, 6 May.

The Malvern SAPS, SAPS Dog Unit, paramedics, and security companies put on demonstrations to illustrate specific crime scenes and what is done to handle those situations.

Crowds of people from the community gathered at the school for this informative display. There was also stalls where people could browse and learn more about how to secure their homes with alarms systems, and insure their contents against house robbery.

The community also enjoyed the delicious food and snacks and goodies that was on sale at the event.
