More internet connection woes from Telkom

I HAVE been a subscriber for Telkom internet service, but last December 2016, I had an intermittent fault start up which meant if you were streaming it would be interrupted and you then have to reboot.

The problem was refuted by Telkom but I was fortunate to obtain and present proof of this to them.

Months later and after more than a dozen lodged complaints there is no result.

A favourite ploy of the tech guy was to come and look, then leave and sign off “fault repaired.” How long will this persist I can’t say. The other big problem you are not able to talk to anybody in authority only the call centre.
