Exercise right

LiveFit strives to promote that exercise should be performed correctly in order to get the best results and avoid injury which is why we are very disciplined when it comes to form and technique.

The gym offers a variety of innovative training aspects, from Fitness Challenges, Personal Training and Group Training.

 

 

The challanges

The LiveFit fitness challenges are designed to transform your body as the team provides attention to individual fitness goals within a Group Training environment. The Challenge is for EVERYONE, all levels of fitness can participate regardless of their starting fitness levels. The team offers a professional and enthusiastic approach which includes all training aspects and nutritional requirements.

Three categories of challenge are run with up to R35 000 worth of prizes up for grabs including a 2 night stay for two at Fordoun Hotel and Spa for the 10-week female and male winners, NPL hampers, entry to the next challenge for free, and many more.

 

 

Best body transformation

At the start of the challenge there will be a pre-challenge body assessment and a before picture taken. There will be another assessment half way into the challenge. At the end of the challenge there will be a final body assessment and after picture. With these results, our qualified panel of judges will determine the winner. The BEST Male and Female body transformation WINS!

 

Best increased fitness level

There will be a fitness test conducted in the last week of the challenge. The person with the highest score wins. Male and female categories.
