Winter warmth drive

THE temperature is falling and The Association for the Aged (Tafta) is launching a Winter Warmth Drive to help combat the ill-effects of winter on the vulnerable, elderly population.

The Tafta Winter Warmth Drive calls on the community to open their hearts this winter and donate non-perishable groceries, blankets, linen, towels, socks and stockings; toiletries and incontinence products to Tafta for distribution to those in need.

Drop off donations at any Tafta residence or collection can be arranged.

Big companies can ask for a collection bin to be placed in their offices.
